To qualify for Sidewalk Warriors' Distribution you are required to provide proof of public assitance. During registration each week, you need to let us know which of the following you are receiving which are the only qualifying public assistance programs we accept:

SNAP, WIC, TANF, Medicaid, SSI (Supplemental Security Income, NOT SOCIAL SECURITY) or SSDI (Social Security Disability Insurance)
